RentPay EasyLoad
Introduction
RentPay provides emerging technology and innovative software solutions to the real estate industry. Primarily this is the provision of financial transactions processing of tenant rental payments. A tenant may pay their rent; on the phone, over the Internet, via automatic direct debit system or at a Post Office.
Overview
The project required the development of the EasyLoad application which is to be used by Real Estate Agents who subscribe to the RentPay service. System requirements included:
- Easy software installation onto Real Estate Agents internal systems
- Multiuser capability if installed on LAN
- Entry of tenant and property information
- Download of card numbers from RentPay secure server
- Printing and re-printing of tenant cards with barcode
