Consultation

First consultations are generally free where we will outline a project, time frame and estimated costs. Consultation rates with Project Leaders and or Lead Programmers are then charged by the hour.

Specification Preparation

Most programming jobs whether big or small require a specification prepared to outline the project. Specifications generally include flowcharts, database design and detailed descriptions on what the program does. A specification is prepared for you at an agreed price if not already prepared by yourself. A specification is basically the blue print for the program to be developed and is vital in ensuring a finished product that satisfies all your requirements. A specification prepared by us would also include detailed pricing for different stages that the development requires. This provides the client with a detailed price for the job from start to finish and does not rely on hourly rate charges.

Web Site Design

Web Site design rates are covered in the programming prices in regards to any code automation and or graphic work. Complete HTML, ASP, NET ASP web Sites are typically quoted on a per job basis and maintenance work or modifications to existing websites are charged by the hour.

Quality Assurance / Product Testing

Writing software is one thing, testing it for all possible environments and user interaction is a secondary step. Product testing can be provided by us or performed by the client. Product testing is typical done for any software created or website development.

Maintenance and Support

To maintain continuity and performance of a system after the project phase has been completed it is recommended that a maintenance agreement be implemented. These agreements vary depending upon how complicated the project is and a quote can be provided after the completion and implementation of a new system.
